Hydralyte Electrolyte Powder in Orange flavour is designed to help relieve the symptoms of dehydration and replenish lost fluids and electrolytes. It is ideal for situations such as vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, intense exercise, and even occasional hangovers.

Warnings: Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:

6 hours in infants under 6 months
12 hours in children under 3 years
24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
48 hours in children over 6 years and adults

Contains 160mg of potassium and 210mg of sodium per 200mL dose. Maximum daily sodium intake: 4.2g. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredients (per 4.9g sachet):

Glucose: 2.91g
Citric Acid: 880mg
Sodium (from Sodium Chloride): 210mg
Potassium (from Potassium Citrate): 160mg

Contains sugars and sucralose.

Directions for Use:

Fill the included 200mL cup with fresh, cold drinking water. For babies under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
Empty one sachet into the 200mL of water and stir until the powder is dissolved.
Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.

Recommended Dosage for Dehydration Due to Vomiting & Diarrhoea:
