Herbs of Gold Vitamin B6 100mg is a high-strength vitamin B6 supplement containing a blend of pyridoxine and pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate, the activated form of vitamin B6. This convenient one-a-day tablet helps maintain vitamin B6 levels in the body and supports general health and wellbeing.

Vitamin B6 supports energy production, nervous system health, immune system health, red blood cell health and haemoglobin synthesis. It also supports the synthesis of neurotransmitters and may assist with symptoms of premenstrual tension.

General Information
Vitamin B6 is an essential water-soluble vitamin involved in many body functions, including energy production, protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, nervous system function and red blood cell formation. Herbs of Gold Vitamin B6 100mg provides 100mg total vitamin B6 per tablet in both standard and activated forms.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride 85mg
Equivalent to pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 70mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 47mg
Equivalent to pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 30mg
Total pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 100mg

Store below 25°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and protect from heat and moisture.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.
