General Information

Kool n Soothe is a cooling gel strip that requires no refrigeration and works for up to 8 hours.

Unlike traditional cooling methods such as applying a wet flannel, Kool n Soothe stays in place, so you or your child can get up and move around while still getting relief.

Kool n Soothe is a hypoallergenic, non-medicinal product that can be used in conjunction with other medication.

Kool n Soothe Fever is ideal for use at times of high temperature or fever. It can also be used to aid restful sleep, for toothache, during travel, or on hot days.

Directions

  1. Cut or tear open pouch and remove one Kool ‘n’ Soothe soft gel sheet
  2. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard
  3. Place gel sheet on skin
  4. If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors
  5. Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying
  6. For best results use each sheet only once

Warnings

  • Use only as directed
  • For external use only
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes and nostrils
  • When used on very young children, use only under adult supervision

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Pharmacy Junction will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase

If these requirements are not satisfied Pharmacy Junction reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.

Pharmacy Junction uses Australia Post OR Courier Please for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as Australia Post & Courier Please will leave a card with collection point details.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security.

Pharmacy Junction will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.
