Astrix 100mg 112 Tablets

Each tablet of Astrix contains 100mg of asprin. When taken regularly Astrix will help prevent heart attack and stroke in patients with known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease. Medical supervision is necessary for the prolonged use of aspirin tablets.
Astrix tablets are a smaller dose than required for the relief of temporary pain or fever.

Indications

This pack of Astrix contains sufficient tablets for 16 weeks treatment. Astrix 100 tablets are conveniently blister-packed in platforms, of 28 (16 weeks treatment). Each tablet is labelled for a given day of the week. Start by selecting 1 platform, and taking that tablet which corresponds with that day of the week. Follow the arrows around the platform until you have used up the 4 week supply, then proceed to another platform. For information for patients please refer to inside of carton.

Dosage

Adults – Take one tablet daily with food or a large glass of water. It is important to take one tablet every day preferably at the same time each day. Not recommended for use in children under the age of 18 years.
Aspirin tablets are not recommended for people on anti-coagulants or allergic to salicylates.

Warnings

Astrix 100 is intended for long term treatment and should not be taken as an analgesic for the relief of minor or temporary ailments. Do not use in the presence of asthma, a stomach ulcer, if you are pregnant or if you are taking anticoagulant medication (unless advised by your doctor). Do not take if you are allergic to aspirin. Keep out of reach of children.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.
