Description:
Crampeze Night Cramps combines a blend of ingredients traditionally used in herbal medicine along with essential vitamins and minerals to support muscle function and overall well-being. This product is designed to help alleviate occasional muscle cramps, support muscle relaxation, and promote general health.

Key Ingredients:

Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark): Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic, this herb may help support muscle relaxation and general well-being.
Magnesium: An essential mineral that supports normal muscle function and contributes to energy production.
Ginkgo Biloba: Known for its antioxidant properties, Ginkgo may help support blood circulation, particularly to the peripheral areas of the body (such as the legs, hands, and feet).
Vitamin B6: Supports general health and well-being and plays a role in the metabolism of proteins and red blood cells.

Directions for Use:

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with water. For general magnesium and vitamin B6 supplementation, take 1 capsule twice daily. Take the dosage in the morning and 30 minutes before bed at night.

Store below 30ºC in a dry place.

Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark) Extract – 50mg (from 500mg dry stem bark)
Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) – 75mg
Rutoside (Rutin) – 200mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) – 10mg (equivalent to 8.2mg Pyridoxine)
Ginkgo Biloba Extract – 30mg (from 1.5g dry leaf)

Vitamins and minerals are only effective if your dietary intake is inadequate.
