Enriched with essential vitamins and iron, this liquid supplement helps maintain adequate vitamin and iron levels when used alongside a balanced diet.

For children under 12 months, Pentavite® Multivitamin Infant Liquid is recommended.

Contains sorbates. Each 5mL dose contains 2.2g of sorbitol, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Also contains saccharin sodium.

Dosage:

For kids aged 1 to 3 years: 3.5mL daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
For kids aged 4 to 12 years: 5mL daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Storage Instructions:

Store upright below 25°C.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 9 weeks.
Ensure the bottle cap is securely closed.
Do not use if the seal around the cap is broken or missing.

Directions for Use:

Do not shake the bottle.
Use the provided measuring tool to ensure accurate dosing.
