Dosage Table:

• To Restore and Maintain Regularity:
  • Adults (12+ years): 1 ½ teaspoons, 1-3 times daily
  • Children (6-11 years): ½ adult dose, 1-3 times daily (under medical advice)
• To Help Lower Cholesterol Levels:
  • Adults (12+ years): 1 ½ teaspoons, 3 times daily
  • Children (6-11 years): Consult a doctor
• For Children Under 6 Years: Consult a doctor.
• New Users: Start with 1 dose per day, gradually increasing to 3 doses per day if necessary.

• Each 5.9g dose contains 3.4g of psyllium husk powder.

Warnings

• Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus, leading to choking.
• If the mixture thickens, add more water and stir.
• Not recommended if you have difficulty swallowing.
• If constipation persists beyond 7 days, consult a doctor.
• Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If taking prescribed medication, take this product at least 2 hours before or after your medicine to minimize effects on drug absorption.
• You may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating as your body adjusts to increased fibre intake.
