General Information

This blend is built for athletes and active people who want steady muscle and nerve support, without messy extras.

It combines magnesium citrate, magnesium amino acid chelate, and magnesium glycinate dihydrate to support healthy muscle function, nervous system health, and normal neuromuscular function. It also helps reduce and relieve muscle cramps when dietary magnesium is inadequate. A 1000 IU dose of vitamin D3 helps maintain vitamin D levels, supports calcium absorption, and supports bone health, bone strength, mineralisation, and density, alongside healthy immune system function.

Mix one 5 g serve into 250ml of water and consume once daily.

Ingredients

Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate, Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Natural Flavours, Natural Colours, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin), food acids and excipients as required. Active Ingredients per Serve Magnesium (from magnesium citrate, magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium glycinate dihydrate): 310 mg elemental magnesium Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 1000 IU (25 µg) Contains: Nil. May contain: Dairy and Soy (manufactured in a facility that also handles these allergens).

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.
