Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
When travelling: Take 1 capsule daily, starting 2-3 days before travel for best results.
During antibiotic use: Take 1 capsule daily, at least 2 hours away from antibiotics or as advised by your healthcare professional.

For optimal results, drink plenty of water. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or if diarrhoea occurs. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults.
