Chewed after meals and half an hour before bed.
How often:

Aluminium Hydroxide- Dried 200 mg (equivalent to 50% Aluminium Oxide, Anhydrous (AI_O_)), Magnesium Hydroxide 200 mg, Simethicone 20 mg, Sucrose, Mannitol (2.88 g/24 tablets)
