How to Use:

Pre-workout fuel: Add 60g (approximately 2 heaped scoops) to 250-350ml of cold water or your milk of choice. Consume 60 minutes before training.
Post-workout recovery: Add 60g (approximately 2 heaped scoops) to 250-350ml of water or milk (or milk alternatives). Consume within 15 minutes after training.
Daily protein snack: Add 60g (approximately 2 heaped scoops) to 250-350ml of water, milk (or milk alternatives), or a smoothie. You can also mix it into your favourite recipe to boost your daily protein intake and manage hunger and cravings.

You return the item within 30 days of purchase

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.
